returns and exchanges

If you are unhappy with any items, we are happy to offer a FREE exchange (UK only) or refund provided that the item is returned in its original condition with the label still attached, within 14 days of receipt. You can return your item using the returns label included with your order. A nominal fee of £3.95 will be deducted automatically from your refunded amount once your return has been processed.
