Your order can be gift wrapped in a luxury gift box and hand tied with ribbon with a gift message and sent directly to your recipient for £5.00. This is a non refundable service.
VAT is included at 20% for orders sent within the EU. VAT is not chargeable on shipments to destinations outside the EU (including Channel Islands), but our system charges the same selling prices. In compensation for not deducting the VAT component, our shipping charges for all destinations are subsidised.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with any items, we are happy to exchange or refund provided that the item is returned in its original condition within 28 days of receipt and you have contacted us to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Please use the FREE RETURNS label included with your order (* excludes sale items, or any items purchased in a sale event such as Black Friday, Winter or Summer Sales).
We will refund you or offer a free standard 48hr exchange for your order provided the items are in perfect condition, unworn and with their original packaging and proof of purchase. All items must be checked on receipt and any faults must be communicated to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include a copy of your returns form with your order. If the stated conditions are not met, we reserve the right to not offer a refund. We will send you email confirmation when your return has been processed.
Please ask for proof of postage from the Post Office for your returned item, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.
If you return your purchase after the period outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer you a refund, and will ask you to arrange collection of the goods.
