returns and exchanges

If you are unhappy with any items, we are happy to exchange or refund provided that the item is returned in its original condition with the label still attached, within 14 days of receipt. You can return your item using the returns label included with your order. A nominal fee of £1.95 will be deducted automatically from your refunded amount once your return has been processed.

Perfect, but...

I live in these beanies all year round - except when working away in a warmer country . I keep two safely bagged up against clothes moths, the other in active service - all day, most days. Soft, warm, wear well, wash well (by hand, right temp, right detergent) don't even know it's on most of the time. BUT so disappointed that after "same again" last season, this year's additions are more of the same without the pink edge. Beige? 😭 So, sadly, I'm going to have to try a couple from another range with lots of tasteful colours.

Hi - so sorry to hear you're disappointed with our new beanie colours. We do still stock the navy and the grey with the pink trim, but have added plain colours to our collection, due to numerous requests from our customers. What colours would you like to see in our range?
